Hi Ray, I've been meaning to call you for awhile now...just want to say thanks so much for helping buy this place. So far, we are very happy here. We're close to my parents, our daycare, the park and the shops and everything, so it's been really good. We've been busy cleaning and putting in new floor in bathroom etc. Matthew and I really enjoyed working with you. You were very understanding of what we wanted and our budget and you knew what place would be right for us. You also didn't pressure us and treated us with respect, so we really liked you and would recommend you in the future. Thanks for the lovely bottle of bordeaux as well. Take care and keep in touch.
